ਸਲੋਕੁ ਮਃ ੩ ॥
ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਵਹੁ ਘੁਥਿਆ ਹਲਤੁ ਪਲਤੁ ਸਭੁ ਜਾਇ ॥
ਜਪੁ ਤਪੁ ਸੰਜਮੁ ਸਭੁ ਹਿਰਿ ਲਇਆ ਮੁਠੀ ਦੂਜੈ ਭਾਇ ॥
ਜਮ ਦਰਿ ਬਧੇ ਮਾਰੀਅਹਿ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਮਿਲੈ ਸਜਾਇ ॥੧॥
