ਦੀਵਾ ਬਲੈ ਬੈਸੰਤਰਹੁ ਚਾਨਣੁ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰੇ ।
ਦੀਪਕ ਵਿਚਹੁੰ ਮਸੁ ਹੋਇ ਕੰਮ ਆਇ ਲਿਖੇਰੇ ।
ਕਜਲੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਕਾਮਣੀ ਸੰਗਿ ਭਲੇ ਭਲੇਰੇ ।
ਮਸਵਾਣੀ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਲਿਖੈ ਦਫਤਰ ਅਗਲੇਰੇ ।
ਆਪੇ ਆਪਿ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਚਉਫੇਰੇ ।੮।
